Sworkit Membership

All employees of Innowave receive a

fully paid membership to Sworkit, a fully customizable workout app.
The current memberships are active through April 2024 and scheduled to renew yearly. 
 

• Users can select from pre-programmed workouts, create fully customized workouts, sync workouts from trackers, or manually log workouts. Sworkit offers a huge range of exercise options, from beginner to advanced, as well as different types of workouts. Users have access to a library of over 1000 workouts, and can customize literally every aspect of their workout experience. New workouts and collections are added at least once per quarter.

• All employees have access to Ask a Trainer and all questions receive personalized responses from actual personal trainers. 

• ​Employees can join Sworkit-sponsored challenges, or challenges created by Innowave.

• If an employee leaves Innowave, they can contact Sworkit to have their employee membership converted to a personal membership.

• Employees can contact Sworkit and purchase one additional membership for a household member at a discounted price of $20 annually (regularly $59.99). 

• Your membership gives you access to every feature offered. Sworkit will not require you to pay more in order to access additional features under your membership.

• Kid accounts are always free! You can set up a login for each child for use on their devices, and they will have access to a library of workout programs led by kids in their age group.

• Sworkit is accessible from any internet-connected device or computer. It goes with you, wherever you need it to be.

• Your data remains private!! Sworkit is HIPAA compliant. As system administrators, HR (Shawna and Leah) can see certain details such as total hours or days logged, but the data is not visible to anyone else. Absolutely no one with Innowave (including HR) can see the actual workouts you've completed. If you see data in the app that you feel is a privacy violation, please reach out to HR ASAP. Note: Joining challenges is voluntary. If you join a challenge, specific details relative to the challenge, such as your name, may be visible to others in the challenge.
