Log into Paylocity and click on HR & Payroll.

Under the personal tab, click on Edit Contact.

On the Edit Contact screen, change the address on the right-hand side. Please also add your previously used address to the additional address box. Once completed click save to save changes made.
Always add it as a new address. If you edit the current address instead of adding a new address, your payroll taxes will not be calculated correctly and you may end up owing money at the end of the year.

If you have any insurance benefits through UHC or MetLife, you must also update your address in Ease.

Log in to https://innowave.ease.com/.

Click on Personal, then Edit Information.
The insurance carriers will receive the new information from Ease and should reflect it in their systems within 1 week.

How are holidays paid out when the observed day is different from the actual holiday?
Retail and warehouse employees who work on the actual holiday are paid 1.5x pay for the hours worked on that holiday. For full-time employees who receive paid holidays and work on the actual holiday, the hours worked are paid out at 1.5x and any remaining hours up to 8 are paid at the regular rate of pay.
Admin employees who work on the observed holiday are paid 1.5x pay for the hours worked on that observed holiday. No additional pay is given for working on the actual holiday. For full-time employees who receive paid holidays and work on the observed holiday, the hours worked are paid out at 1.5x and any remaining hours up to 8 are paid at the regular rate of pay. Prior approval must be obtained from the department manager before working on an observed holiday.
All other FT employees who do not work on the actual holiday receive 8 hours paid at the regular rate of pay for the observed holiday.
What happens to PTO and sick time when an employee leaves?
When an employee leaves Innowave, they forfeit any unused sick time.
Accrued but unused PTO (vacation) time is paid out on the last paycheck at the employee's regular rate of pay.
For employees on a Flexible PTO plan, Flexible PTO is not accrued or paid out.
When will an employee who leaves receive their final paycheck?
Except in situations where state law dictates otherwise, last paychecks are always run during the regular payroll cycle.
Why do I have to enter a note when putting my time in manually or editing my time?
Notes are required to give managers better visibility to changes made to time. Time cards must accurately reflect the actual time worked without exception. The notes help managers identify issues where someone may be arriving for work late and editing their time to make it appear as if they were on time. They also help them identify those employees who might be missing clock in or clock out punches on a regular basis so they can work with them to form good habits that will result in them clocking in and out on time consistently.
What if I know someone who would like to work for Innowave Marketing Group?
If they would like to work as a sales associate or warehouse associate, contact a manager at that location. Applications for sales associates and warehouse associates are handled at those sites.
If they are interested in a remote role in an admin department or in a management or assistant management role at a retail site or the warehouse, they can send their resume to HR at hr@innowavemarketing.com and we will keep it on file for six months. Please do not send the resume to the Manager in lieu of sending to HR.
